I am pleased to welcome you to our dynamic practice. As the Office Manager for Dr. Heather Brown Orthodontics, my job is to oversee daily office operations.
I am committed to making sure that your time spent with us is enjoyable. We recognize that every patient has different needs and we pride ourselves in the considerate service we deliver to each person who walks through our door. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the very best orthodontic treatment in a setting that reflects modern technology through state of the art equipment and digital x-rays. Working in orthodontics has been a major part of my life and I truly love my job!

I am an alumnus of Hampton University in Virginia. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, playing Texas Hold ‘Em, reading, shopping and vacationing. My weekends are spent cheering my son on in high school and AAU basketball, running after an active toddler and visiting my daughter in college. I am married to my husband Brian and we have four wonderful children, Alexis, Brendan, Brooke and Cort.

Hello and welcome to our office! Over 15 years ago, I was blessed to find my “forever home” with Dr. Heather Brown Orthodontics. Throughout the years, I have mastered the art of true customer service. When you come to our practice, you will be greeted with a warm smile, treated like family and your experience will always be pleasurable. As the Assistant Office Manager, I am always available to help our team and our patients. I am here to help make your orthodontic experience as simple and stress-free as possible. Dr. Heather Brown is awesome and I am proud to say I work for her. The most rewarding part of my job is hearing positive feedback from patients who I have helped. To know that I have made a difference makes my job much more fulfilling.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time on my new farm. I am a country girl at heart and I have found a new hobby in photography. I have a beautiful daughter named Samantha that makes me proud every day, and I am married to my wonderful husband Karl.

For many of those years, I was a registered dental assistant and a clinical orthodontic assistant. I eventually transitioned to the front office and began specializing in the financial aspect of patient care. I handle your financial plan and I am here to answer any

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors and fishing. I am a dog lover and I currently have 3 dogs. I am married to the love of my life, Alan and I have 3 step-sons

Hello! I am looking forward to meeting you and your family at your new patient consultation. As the Treatment Coordinator, I work closely with Dr, Brown on your first visit to help diagnose and treatment plan your individual needs. I will show you the various orthodontic treatment options available in our office including Invisalign, Invisalign Teen, Clear Braces and Traditional Metal Braces. I am sure you will love our office, staff and doctor. Dr. Brown is a special person with a goal to improve lives by creating beautiful smiles.

During my leisure time, I really enjoy cooking and hiking. I can make a really great Beef Wellington! My wonderful husband Mike and I have taken some extreme hikes through National Parks including The Grand Canyon and Yosemite Falls. Our most daring hike yet was 6,643 feet to the top of Clingman’s Dome which is the highest point in Great Smokey Mountains. We have 2 sons, Kyle and Eric. I am proud to be a Marine mom to my youngest son Eric, who honorably served in the United States Marine Corp.

Hola Bienvenidos! I love working as an Orthodontic Assistant at Dr. Heather Brown Orthodontics. I enjoy waking up every morning and coming to an exciting and wonderful environment that I can call my job. What I love most is being able to walk through the journey of creating beautiful smiles from start to finish. It is so rewarding to see patients blossom and gain self-confidence because they have a beautiful new smile.

I am married to my wonderful husband Oscar. We have three amazing children, Oscar, Anthony and Kayleen. My favorite hobby is couponing. You may not believe it, but at times, my weekly grocery bill has been $0. On a good coupon day, the cashier may even have to give me a little cash back. I really enjoy shopping and I use the extra money I save doing fun things with my family.
